Last Week of Summer Vacation: Sunday

So this Sunday, the children and I spent the morning at home, in our pajamas :)  We are usually very busy at church and I have been teaching twice a month for the summer, but this morning, we enjoyed our rest day...resting in the morning together.  Well, resting as much as you can with three energy-filled, fun-loving little munchkins!  Really we ended up painting a bit (pictures, not walls....remember...rest!)  and then took a field trip to Costco.  We rarely go shopping all together, and the kids really enjoyed having Daddy at Costco...especially since he took them to every food sampling booth and bought whatever they wanted (we now have lots and lots of pickles...)  We had lunch at Costco (read this: CHEAP!!) then went home to nap Bella and teach the boys how to play Uno.  After a few rounds, we put in a movie and Mommy and Daddy got a quick nap in front of the movie, and then we took the kids out to Burger King for dinner.  The boys spent the night with Nana (they love sleepovers :) and so the last weekend of summer....is done.
